We stopped on our trip home from a winter vacation. We chose the hotel
based on an internet search. We greeted by a friendly front desk person
who gave us a dinner destination. It was very good. We planned on
leaving early the next morning but were able to enjoy a quick but tasty
breakfast. A couple of hours along our trip I realized I did not hav

IPad. I called the hotel, gave them our room number and was assured
someone would check and would call me if they found it. Within 10

The staff was helpful and courteous. I checked out earlier than expected and was chared for only half of the full night stay. I had expected to be charged full price, a welcomed surprise. The hotel has a beautiful scenic view. Wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we need to book a room it will most definitely be with this chain. Thanks again.

Everything, from the moment we pulled in early I might add.....our room
was available and the staff was fantastic. During the 3 day stay all of
the staff were cheerful and very helpful!! We enjoyed being able to have
a cocktail after coming back from dinner......."back home/no
drinking and driving"..........was a nice feature. If we had
grandkids
... wat mensen zeggen » with us they would have loved the pool and spa. We didn't
use it this time. -
The staff was very helpful, they gave excellent advice on places to eat at & things to do while we were in town. The hotel was very warm & inviting, it made you feel right at home. We loved the outside patio with the fire pit, it came in handy. If I visit the city again we will surely be staying here again.

Staff was great. Greeted as soon as we pulled to the curb. Check in was great. Room was clean and temperature was just right. -
Location is the best. Close to everything. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you leave.

Charming place, old and comfy, the staff was excellent, the whole air
was comfy and relaxed. Parking was easy, great location, within
walking distance of everything. The breakfast was excellent; the
restaurant, next door but part of the hotel, was one of the best I

Great location in the very cool Southside district of Chattanooga. Minutes walk from some really cool bars and restaurants. -

Location. Helpful, friendly staff. When the TV would not work late at night we got a free breakfast. We were allowed leave our car after check-out while we went to the Tennessee Aquarium and lunch. We got 2 coupons for area restaurants, which we used. When we asked for suggested places to eat we got really good advice. -
