  Excellent guesthouse with fantastic rooms very close to the main street with plenty of shops and bars. The owners were very welcoming as were all of the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Special note for the breakfast pizza!!!! The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly while also being respectful of your space. Fantastic food, beautiful garden, so close to all that Chatham has to offer. We are returning!

  A short walk to the beach . Pity the weather was foggy so the view wasn't as good as it could've been . There was free tea/coffee in the main reception all the time and had lots of info about local restaurants - including menus . The room was lovely . Very clean and very comfy . Nice bathroom with great shower .   Our room was very spacious and had a great kitchenette! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! The breakfast was excellent and Elena was so sweet and helpful! The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! - The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

  When we arrived not only were we allowed to check in early but we were given an upgrade. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - Setting was quiet and grounds were very well kept. The room was simple but spotless. Looks like our room was completely redone recently.
