The service was incredible from the moment we arrived. A staff member immediately came to our vehicle and helped unload our luggage and took it to our room. The room itself was terrific. Very modern with flat screen tv's, a clear glass shower in the bathroom, an Ipod alarm clock in the bedroom, and a Keurig coffee maker in the living room. The balcony overlooked the oceanfront, the pool, and the pool bar. Laying in the most comfortable king size bed listening to the waves was perfect. The atten.

Hope to return next year. Views of the ocean were great, location to shopping/restaurants was central-walkable. Room was extremely clean and spacious :) Bed was very comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows! Nice to have sinks that actually drained unlike most hotels. The staff was very pleasant and personable. The Tiki Bar-poolside is a nice asset. Everybody there was extremely kind and professional and overall it was just a beautiful hotel and a beautiful room. I recommend spending the extra money for The ocean view 1 bedroom suite or above, they are really quite nice. I love that you can be on the beach in about a 1 minute walk. The view was truly incredible!. Clean crisp sheets. Excellent maid service. Easily accessible parking. Roomy balcony with two comfy chairs, full control of temperature..from cooling to heating. Two nice flat screen TVs in the suite. The room was very confortable. The view of the dolfins from our window on the 4th floor was great. We sat for minutes at a time just looking out over the ocean and seeing the dolfins. The pool was awesome, designed great for my children 9 & 3. Pool staff was excellent! Front desk people were super. Rooms were very nice, beds a1, view also great. Location,pool area, balconies overlooking the ocean, bacony furniture was nice, spacious sitting area, amenities in room. Location was great. Had a great time. Great location. We liked our room layout, the living room was completly separate from the bed room, and that each had a tv. Pool was good, restaurant was all right;room was spacious; internet service was good; coffee was awful. + The fact that it was truly Ocean facing was great. Only one elevator for the whole hotel, although the wait time was not bad because it was the "off season.". Larger bathroom countertop would have been a great asset. There wasn't much room for toiletries. Disappointed that restaurant/patio was closed to public on night of arrival due to wedding. I have nothing bad to report, this was one of my favorite places that I've stayed. I will definitely be going back again. Rooms could be a tad cheaper but A. this is Cape May, and B. this hotel is well worth it. I know they don't always do continental breakfasts but if they did that would make this place even better!. Sofa bed a little springy but slept fine. Would have liked more glasses in the room. The bathroom was small, but the shower was roomy. The single elevator could easily have been an issue, but was not for us. Powder cream for coffee. Since there is a refrigerator you can use the small creamers when the room is going to be occupied. Having to check out. The bathroom space could have been larger. However. Very clean. No coffee maker in room, that would have been a definate plus! Walls were a little thin, we could hear out neighbors!. Overcharged no breakfest. Closed during winter months. At the north end of town, a bit of a walk to the "tourist areas". The worst Bloody Mary I've ever had, it went back in exchange for a normal recipe. Air conditioner for room too noisy and cycled on and off way too much. Small bathroom w/ shower only & very limited sink countertop room. We stayed a extra night and had to move to a first floor room and we were along side the Tiki bar which luckily was only open to 2200hours,but you could hear laughing and singing until they closed. Nothing. Wish we didn't have to leave. The balconies were great, but ours this year was too close to the pool and bar. Last year we were on a higher floor and liked that better, But the balcony was till very nice. can'T think of anything. Air Conditioner was loud , bathroom was small, Elevator was slow and small. I didn't like that the Restaurant isn't open all year round. They also only have vending machines on 3 floors and it's only drinks, they need a snack machine too since they don't have a store in the hotel.. No microwave. the bathroom desperately needs hooks for towels and damp bathing suits! Put another hook on the door, another towel bar on wall and one in shower. Nothing at all. would liked to have seen small kitchette in suite so dont need to eat out every meal. fixed half glass wall for shower and fixed shower head. It took 10 minutes for water to warm in the shower. Air conditioning Was noisy in bedroom. Bicycles must be left outside with no covering. No refrigerator in room. Air conditioning unit was noisy. We did not like being charged over $3.00 for coffee. elevator was terrible-small, no fan; the price was ridiculously high for the value;beach tags should be included for this pricey hotel!. - The picture at the time of booking showed the balcony to be much larger which could fit the pool lounge chairs, however was not true upon checking in to the hotel. - The bed was extremelyyy uncomfortable. - There seemed to be some hidden charges upon check out. - The towels weren't really clean which made me think what else wasn't clean.
