Twin Gables is beautiful historic Victorian home located very close to the beach and all the activities and in the middle of the historic district of Cape May. Regina the owner provided gourmet breakfasts each day and lovely afternoon teas with homemade desserts and wine if so desired. Ms. Regina was a lovely hostess and on top of everyone's needs. This was a truly wonderful and relaxing visit and we look forward to going back there in the late fall for more. I highly recommend this B & B a. alle beoordelingen »
Regina the inn keeper was amazing. She's a lexicon of information and so accommodating to your needs. My girlfriend didn't want to eat bacon and the next morning it was replaced with fresh fruit. The bed was extremely comfortable, the house was very cozy and the breakfast was delicious. Amazing value compared to rates elsewhere.
The inn keeper is very friendly. Breakfast (French Toast) was great.
Room was very clean and quite. We arrived Friday night late and brought
food with us. Regina was very nice to heat up the food and seat up the
table for us to have a nice seat down dinner. Internet was very fast
unlike many other hotels.
Hospitality just great and the house, gorgeous. We couldn't dream of a better place to get away to. If you need a place to completely "disengage" and relax, this is the place. Twin Gables Inn together with the Cape May area make for an unbeatable combination. We're ready to go back now.
Owner as terrific.. We arrived after 9:00 PM on a very hot day and she had turned on the air conditioners and ceiling fans in both rooms so that they were comfortable. Rooms were small but adequate. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was first class, not a typical B&B buffet.
Tea (and coffee and wine) were served from 4 to 5 PM, accompanied by home-made goodies. Breakfast started with a fresh fruit cup, and finished with home-made muffins, which were bagged for later consumtion if we were full (which we were!).
We stayed for 2 nights...it was just like being at home, except we didn't have to do the dishes! Regina was wonderful, and while she thinks her sweet dog was nosy...he absolutely was not! We would certainly would come again.
The accommodations have lovely antique furniture and the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on!
Hostess was extremely accommodating of our schedule and the homemade tea treats and breakfast bread was perfect.
First time stay at a B&B. Not just a place to stay but an experience of friendly people and good service.
Most pleasant owners. Well located , 2 blocks from beach or city center. Very good value for the price (115$).
clip clop of horses thru the streets. safety, relaxed atmosphere. beach chairs and towels at our b and b.
Great breakfasts, good information about the surrounding area and dining
choices, very warm and relaxing.
Regina, the innkeeper was very hospitable. Her dog, Rascal, was great to have around.
It's on a beautiful street in Cape May located equidistant from the mall and beach.
Comfort, friendly staff, Rascal, atmosphere, food and great coffee.
Regina (The Inn Keeper) is wonderful so Friendly & Welcoming.
Friendly innkeeper with friendly dog.
Just small complaints, i'm not a fan of the sink being outside the bathroom in the room (I think it was just our particular room) and the bathroom door didn't close fully.
The house is pretty old. It seems like every step I take and every word
I said can be heard by others.
Bathroom was small and the door did not close because of the heat/humidity.
Found the cleaning lady in our room who claimed to be looking for the internet code. Nothing missing, but it seemed suspicious.
That we couldn't stay longer.
leaving.
Bathroom was a bit small, but still OK.
