  we loved the in house restaurant !! the wings are so good we bought them 3 times and the cook and waiters were extra nice !! right next to medieval times and everyone was friendly.. She was friendly knowledgeable about places to go and things to do but was very helpful with our specific request for a shuttle to Knotts Halloween Haunt.   This motel looked recently renovated. I've stayed at other motels in the area for Disney but for Knott, this place wins! By far the best one yet and you can't beat the price. Clean and close to the fun take beach Blvd right to Huntington beach. Will definitely stay here again - I loved the price ...   I read all the reviews before I booked it. I must say I was completely satisfied with my experience there. The rooms were good, (nothing to elaborate, but then the price would not have been what it was). The beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great value, helped save money on food, 1 less meal to buy for the kids. This came in handy for snacks and small meals.The staff was helpful, a - when we booked the hotel it was so cheap that I looked at reviews online - some were pretty bad - so I was worried - all I can say is that the people who wrote those reviews can't have anything better to do with their time - for the money we paid it was an excellent hotel - with free breakfast included - we stayed there for 3 weeks and the staff were always friendly and helpful - whatever time of the day or night - the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable - it's not a 5sta
