  Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location while slightly outside the city was perfect for those visiting Harvard and the shuttle service to different parts of the city is a real bonus.Boston is a really beautiful and friendly city steeped in hist... wat mensen zeggen » ory and very easy to navigate. - It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent, responsive staff. The room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful view of the Charles River and city lights. The skylights in the center of the building bring in outside light and really compliment the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

  Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new loved the fact that we were the very first guest checking in! The staff could not have been any nicer to us. - Loved the friendly , accommodating staff. The location was perfect, near public transport, restaurants, et... wat mensen zeggen » c. The kitchenette, on site laundry room and rooftop balcony/bar area is a plus. - The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

  The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. I also liked that there was a fridge ..coffee maker..and microwave in the room. Even though the hotel restaurant was super high if you ask the front desk they will give you a list of r... wat mensen zeggen » estaurants in the area you can walk to. We also called several places on the list and they deliver free of charge or for a small fee. - Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options (would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. One girl didn't even have her coat off and opened our drink an... wat mensen zeggen » d csshed us out. The hotel was beautiful and our view was perfect. The valay men were excelent as well. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
