Everyone was so friendly. The staff was great especially the staff at the restaurant and bar. Love the pool and the area around it. So relaxing. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. Hotel is rated good and shows nice pictures of the rooms and to my surprise it was as clean and nice as they advertised.
Margarita (front desk clerk) was cheerful and attentive.

Although the facilities were excellent, the staff was friendly, informative, outgoing with warmth and really cared that you had a wonderful stay. In the hotel and casino, they went out of their way to make you feel at home. The staff made this stay a wonderful expierence. -

I loved everything about the hotel, I loved that when I went to Nicky's there was a 15% discount!!! I loved that they had back and side entrances to the hotel using your room card...I will stay again!!! I just loved my suite -

It was my grandaughter's 4th birthday and she wanted to stay at a hotel. We went prior to the check in date. I told the clerk it was for her birthday and she asked my grandaughter what floor she wanted and what view, etc. Loved this! The stay was great. -

The facility had a nice gym, pool and jacuzzi: the outside rest rooms were clean and the environment was relaxing. The room was clean and building felt like it had been just built. This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in in the last 3 years.
