  This is the best low-cost hotel I've stayed at while traveling through Bishop. The rooms don't smell funky, and the rooms have everything you need, including a refrigerator and microwave. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic but adequate room and breakfast for travellers. Nicely positioned in Bishop. Good value compared to others nearby.

  Very clean...basic done well...no frills but for the things that count - cleanliness, good mattress, good shower, quiet, safe, across street from Denny's and good pizza joint just up the street...Starbucks a couple businesses south of the hotel...great way to come down from Yosemite.   Rooms were very neat, lady at the front desk was very helpful. There was a E Clampus Vitus-gathering going on at the time with a lot of noise and music, but that didn't bother us. - Very warm welcome. Because the motel is set back a block from the main road the place is much quieter than all the competition.
