  Every single thing about this Super 8 Hotel-the microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, clean rooms, across the street from the beach, the pools, the free breakfast, next door to Subway and the go-carts, bumper cars,giant slides, arcade on the other side, the reasonable room rates and the close proximity to restaurants and casino's were fantastic but... wat mensen zeggen » I would have to place the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from the housekeeping and registration staff up to the managers that we encounter - This was our first time staying at Super 8. The first night there we were in a room located on the back of the property, while the room was fine, the guest near us, were loud and not respectful to anyone around them. We called the front around 12:30 Saturday morning, and the staff assured us they would take care of the problem. Dana, from the office, moved us to a wonderful room and we felt like royalty!!! Dana deserves a gold metal and we will recommend her and Super 8 to our family and frie

  I like the location. The beach right across the road.I love the cost. It was clean and nice. I left money in my room. It was laying out in the open. When I came back my room was clean and my money was just where I left it. That was great. I've stayed in other places and left money laying and it would be gone when I came back. The pool and the loungers are very inviting and we enjoyed walking on the beach, watching the dolphins and cooling off in the pool.   We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk clerk was awesome we arrived early and our rooms were ready, I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she had an accent I assume her shift is the morning shift. I give our stay at Best Western 100% - Staff was very helpful even at 2 am check-in. Front desk manager came up to my room to show me how to work the shower. Nice hot FREE breakfast. I couldn't figure out how to work the waffle maker, so the staff made them for us.. Very friendly. Great service. 5-star service for a 3-star price

  Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Staff was friendly and helpful. - First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and put us on the 7th floor smoking room. The room was great and we were very pleased.

  I was very pleased with everything. We got to the hotel to check in; I gave the lady at the front desk my confirmation number. She looked at me and informed me I put in the wrong date in the computer. She was very kind. They had one room left. It was a queen room, smoking. There was 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). She explain to me that they were out of rol - i liked that the staff was very friendly. i was actually scared to stay there due to all the bad reviews, but glad we did stay there after all. pet friendly, clean(well as clean as you can get with all the beach sand you drag in- lol). as soon as we got there they offered us an upgrade (cheap!) and we ended up stayn longer. i did not like the reviews i read before our trip. Rooms were clean and king size bed was real comfo - The Staff was most courteous and attentive to our every needs. They even knocked off a movie charge since we did not finish viewing the movie in it´s entirety. I recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has never been there. We even won money on the slot machines , 900 dlr jackpot on a penny macjine the 1st night and then 525 dlrs on a 5dlr slot the next day .
