  We loved the unique decorations of every room. The courtyard and rooms are adorable and one of a kind. If you want to break away from the monotonous looks/feels of big chain hotels come to this small, relaxed, clean hotel. The beach is literally 2 blocks away so there is no need to find parking. We plan to spend every Florida vacation at the Palms Retro. - This is a nice, unique hotel that was quite comfortable. An amusing change from the larger chain hotels. As expected, the rooms are older and you just have to be ready for that but you can't beat the location. Good value and an interesting experience.

  Loved my stay here, I stayed here the week of June 16th 2013, really enjoyed it, all the staff was very helpful, our room was oceanfront & the views from the balcony was gorgeous over looking the pool & ocean, this hotel is just like the pics online everything is kept updated & very clean, which was a big concern for me, I was happy wi... wat mensen zeggen » th everything, pool & hot tub was great & the fire pit there beside the pool area at night was beautiful & relaxing, tiki bar pool side wa - I like the beds. They are so comfortable. I like the breakfast (a real breakfast) I really enjoyed the tiki bar, and the beach. The staff is great especailly liz that was my waitress at breakfast. I cant wait to come back. Love love love the balcony!!!

  The location - the view from the balcony at the front looking out over the sea was fantastic. We had booked a weekend away during our main holiday to Orlando to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were upgraded by the hotel to ocean view rooms.   The location of the hotel to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean/Beach. Our room opened directly to a path to the Beach. The room was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the hotel's adminities (breakfast, desk, pool/beach). The pool was fantastic (the kids and adults loved the pool with the water falls). We asked about chairs that were higher to see over the railing and were given two chairs from the bar. Michelle was so helpful made our room with a view so much more enjoyable. I do suggest that you put chairs that sit higher in the rooms with ocean views.
