  The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.

  Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. After travelling all the previous day and night it was a wonderful feeling to walk into that beautiful room f - The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge. The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax. The rooms are very Europe- like reminded me of Paris. The seating area within the room was very comfortable and really made you feel like u could relax in your own... wat mensen zeggen » space. The location is perfect - the staff was knowledgeable and didn't bat an eye at my wife and I (we have had some previous issues with acceptance - The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place. When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh cookies in the room.
