  Good motel considering that it was the cheapest option in this part of the island. Staff is super nice and helped us a lot. We couldn't find a taxi and the lady staying in the reception at night told us to go to sleep and not to worry about it. In the morning we had a cab waiting for us. The hotel is centrally located and on a road that is quiet yet close to everything. We extended our stay and stayed longer than we planned.

Excellent location!Very close to airport and from where you can take the helicopter for a tour!! We usually stay a couple weeks a year on the south side, then spend the last couple nights here to avoid the traffic to airport and take in the local restaurants. Any traffic accident can close the main highway from south side for hours and you miss your flight.

  The staff at the hotel were so courteous and friendly, giving you that aloha spirit. The pool the kids loved so much. For me, it was home away from home. I was surprised to run into a few workers that are good friends that I knew for a long time. They were so gracious and asked if I needed anything.   We enjoyed the outside bbq grilles nearly every night. Found a great fresh fish market in Hanalei, called Hanalei Dolphin, behind the restaurant there. Close to the airport but no airplane noise, close to shopping in Kapa'a, fun pools here and next door. Passing in front of the hotel is a pedestrian walkway on which one can walk to a small commercial center for dining and shopping.
