  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into city. God bless, Pete Chen

  Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy. The room was quiet with a lot of windows, clean, not stuffy, good heating and air conditioning (it was snowing the day we... wat mensen zeggen » were there). I really enjoyed my stay, and with the price I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. - Nice place to stay in Manhattan :-) Service personal is amazing!! When i was dependent on help they were there. It`s not in every upper-class Hotel like this! It was really a great time to stay. The Hotel is in centre, near all sights and for NYC very good price. Any time again :-)

  Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th.   Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing! She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly. Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring.   Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. If you are looking for a value rental (and don't expect 5 star for three start prices) this is definitely the - The apartment is very strategically located very very close to Times Square and easy access to public transportation.
