  The beds very comfortable, breakfast very tasty and set us up for the day, quality food cooked well. We were a family with a difference i.e. an 87 year old mum with two off her six children aged 64 and 53 ! The price allowed us to visit our older brother who is very unwell. The hotel very accomodating arranging a third single bed in the room. The family that own the hotel made us feel so welcome and made us feel like we'd know them for years! The hotel was clean and well looked after and the hotel breakfast was lovely!   Really enjoyed our stay there - staff were extremely helpful and well mannered. The service at the dinner table was very attentive without being intrusive. The pre booked evening meal in the harbour view restaurant was really good with plenty of choice. A really pleasant stay and I am looking forward to staying there again.

I was upgraded to a very comfortable room with a balcony on arrival. I was travelling on my own and the hotel catered for all my needs. We were upgraded to a superb bedroom with the most beautiful view. The staff were great. All so friendly and willing to go the extra step. The decor of the hotel is stunning and makes you feel you'd rather stay in then venture out in Torquay! We will definitely be returning.
