Very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, the best we've had in an English B&B!! Freshly cooked to order and hot! Our room (No 4) was huge and very clean and comfortable, in fact the hotel place was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend The Cordelia to everyone. The Proprietors Robert & Jo. The fact they don't want anyone to be disappointed & supplied a particular cereal just for me even though I only asked if they stocked them. Remembering where we'd been and asking how our trips went each day. Friendliness, making us all feel at home and always pleasant with guests.
Also ideal location for town and nearby shops as well as the cliffs and Spa.

This is a spotlessly clean, friendly guest house. Towels were huge and fluffy and changed three times during our five night stay, lovely clean bedding too. Ian and Sue were wonderful hosts - anything you want to know about Scarborough just ask - they know everything. The breakfasts were amazing. We will definately stay here again. -

The hosts were really nice and the parking near the hotel is a bonus. The cooked breakfast was superb - one of the best I've evr had at a hotel and we were made to feel very welcome. We received a very warm greeting from the hosts.
Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Room was a bit small but very well decorated and very clean and tidy.
Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park.
Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Everything ! The whole hotel is immaculate and incredibly clean. Without doubt the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are well specified with neat touches like a combi DVD / TV and scented candles. Hosts are very friendly and are very keen to help and ensure everybody gets what they need out of their stay be it local info or just a relaxing time. The food is of a very high standard and t,well presented. Service is first class. There was lots of choices of different breakfasts available

What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. were shown to room 2 on the 1st floor and we were not disappointed, the
room was tastefully decorated,spotless and the bed was lovely and comfy.
The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and
cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the
friendliest host we have ever met. We are already planning to return in

The staff were extremely helpful to me and my small children. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the children feel special over and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and well presented and excellent value for money. Being a single parent with two small children I find that most hotels leave us to our own devices which can be a little daunting. Gary was very helpful and totally understood the need to accommodate needs of guests like myself.
