  The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was good in both Morgans and Zest. Complimentary tea and coffee were both good. Bed comfortable, although a tiny bit too soft for my liking but that's just my preference. - Beautiful place, lovely grounds and interior building, free use of spa and massive bedroom.   Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

  the room was fantastic, the bathroom was top to bottom in marble, pure luxury and that was a basic double - friendly atmosphere. Room was fantastic and had a great time as it was sort of our honeymoon.

  The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was newly decorated and extremely comfortable - so much so I purchased two duvets from the Head Housekeeper who could not have been more obliging. The pool area was attractive and had all the facilities you could want except something to wring your wet swimming costume out. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to any - The first sight of the hotel was delightful with a vast array of pretty flowers and lavender everywhere . Wonderful pillows comfy bed with quilt , excellent tea/coffee facilities, bathroom lovely with all necessary toiletries provided. The choice of breakfast was excellent. We used the pool and surrounding patio area and found the whole experience very relaxing after a days shopping in Cardiff.

  As a stop-over for our family of 3 adults, young child and small elderly dog, we found Hilton Newport to be: very welcoming and professional; displaying a high standard of service, both at room level and in dining areas; accommodating ones wishes wherever reasonable and providing high levels of accommodation. We had advantage of a very good rate and consider our stay to have provided excellent value f - The price of my stay and the fact that I was a mother staying with my 21 yr old son. The twin room I stayed in was perfect for that situation. The chefs on that night ( 8/10) were brilliant and I am wheat free and dairy free they adapted the menu for me last minute and I felt spoilt. They were very busy that night but still took the time to make me my very own tomato sauce. Massive plus.

  Excellent hotel - rooms lovely - we booked a ine night stay as my husband had a business appt in the area which meant I could also play golf. We booked a golf break as included golf and dinner - well worth it. Spa good. Dinner very nice and great idea with wine - if you cant decide which wine you want they offer a selection of 3 red and 3 white to... wat mensen zeggen » try at 125ml each for £11 - really good idea. Golf course very nice - staff very helpful and friendly - unfortunately weather not kind but still had - The location was lovely with a great view. Room great. Breakfast fantastic. Spa very relaxing and friendly. The management in the Hotel did do all they could to sort out our issues once we highlighted them. They did allow us to stay in the spa for the rest of the day of checkout and seemed to have tried to make sure the staff on reception told clients about the early close of the spa we just got the wrong member of staff that didn't know! The spa was our main feature of why we chose Bryn meadow
