It's a remarkable place - everything is done with so much care and great attention to detail. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to think about what makes a holiday enjoyable. One of the best places that we've ever stayed at. The owner too is remarkably friendly and helpful. -

the room was fantastic, the bathroom was top to bottom in marble, pure luxury and that was a basic double - friendly atmosphere. Room was fantastic and had a great time as it was sort of our honeymoon.

Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside. We had a two-night stay at Courtyard in early February. The place impressed us the moment we arrived. Everything is well-designed and well-maintained. The host Maggie was extremely helpful and she prepared very tasteful breakfast. The last day one of my car's wheels was flat and Roger was very kind to put on the emergency tire (as we had never done it ourselves) and led us to the nearest garage. Highly recommended to anyone who want to have a stay in south wales countryside.
