  For the price what was on offer was excellent, amazing value. The room, whilst basic in design and decor, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was superb. The staff were fantastic, very polite and courteous. A great example of this is that we mentioned to the girl on reception (Spanish girl - think called ... wat mensen zeggen » Elena?) on the Saturday morning after the first night of our 2 night stay, that we needed our air con checked to ensure that it was working ok as we h - Staff on reception at check in were the most amazing I've ever come into contact with! I stay in hotels 44 weeks a year all over the country from budget to luxury and I was treated so well here I won't hesitate to return and recommend this hotel. The staff could not do enough for me despite booking .com not informing them I had even booked! The beds are very comfortable and no noise from other guests heard unlike in the ibis budget in cardiff, I'd much rather drive a few miles down the road t

  Although we found some derogatory reviews as far as the club nights at the hotel were concerned we found the music stopped at 1 am prompt and everything went quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly and the cost was well within our budget. It was close to the station and central to the town. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious a... wat mensen zeggen » nd attended to everyday and had an air conditioning unit . The food was tasty and well priced and we took family and friends back to eat there. We are - Customer care was excellent,all staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent value, evening meals served to room if guests don't want to dine in bar. Although a popular,busy pub with entertainment, quiz nights etc there was no noise at all in accommodation areas.Room was spacious and comfortable. Adjacent to historic town archway.
