  The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

  The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome. When we couldn't wok the television a young man came almost immediately and fixed our small problem right away. Hotel du Vin is a tight group and... wat mensen zeggen » we enjoyed ourselves to the max. Courtesy and good service make this note what it is which is fabulous. - The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured our stay with them was very pleasant. The service in the Bistro was excellent for both afternoon tea and the evening meal. The food was really good; we all enjoyed it very much Breakfast was first rate. The room was wonderful and we were upgraded which made our stay that little bit special

We loved the modern interior and facilities. We will definitely return.

  A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... wat mensen zeggen » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.
