Being near the main road thought noise might be a problem, this it fact was not the case, maybe because our room was at the back of the hotel with a good view over looking fields. Room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast served from 7am was of the highest standard. Linda and Alan were so friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We found here everything we needed and much more. English breakfast was very t - This is one of the best guest house ever. I book this guest house because of the beautiful flower in the picture. Didn't expect a wonderful room inside. The room is very clean from carpet to the towel and the toilet is in perfect condition. In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner. The staffs are very very friendly giving us advice during our travel with all the kindness

  polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus
