Whether you are touring Cornwall, visiting for business or just getting away from it all, we promise you a happy, relaxed and memorable stay.

Lekker centraal gelegen, fijne (ongevraagde) informatie: over het weer, eetgelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden in de stad, een prachtige ontbijtkamer met een zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt, prettig contact met het personeel. zeer vriendelijk, zuiver, ontbijt,. Omdat we niet hebben kunnen aangeven dat we graag twee aparte bedden wilden, had men voor ons een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed (twijfelaar!) gereserveerd. Er was volgens de landlord geen mogelijkheid voor een andere kamer. Dat kan natuurlijk, maar het heeft ons twee slapeloze nachten bezorgd. Verder was de kamer wel erg klein: we konden de koffers nauwelijks kwijt.

We have recently undergone a complete refurbishment, maintaining the Georgian features of the building whilst bringing all rooms up to 21st century standards.
Cooked breakfast is included with the booking to make sure you start the day in the right way.

Travelling information

By road; Upon reaching Penzance by the a30 you will pass the Heliport on your right. At roundabout continue straight on following signs for town centre. Drive up through the town centre, passing the Humphry Davy statue on your right. Turn right at top of the High Street and continue through traffic lights. At the mini roundabout turn right, passing police station on your left. Continue to the top of the hill, passing Hospital on your left. At mini roundabout turn right. Now stay on this road (St. Clare Street), after about 150 metres the road bears right then left and becomes Clarence Street. We are 75 metres down on the left. Public transport: 10 minutes from Railway - Walk up through the town centre, past the Humphry Davy statue, continue to walk until you reach the crossroads. At crossroads turn right into Clarence Street. We are 100 metres up on the right hand side.
