Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

Though my stay was all too brief, I found the staff extremely helpful and easy to approach. The overall condition of the Hotel was clean and very comfortable with multiple option choices of different relaxation zones. Only wish I had been staying longer to take in the full facilities and entertainment obviously on offer. The tram stop is approx 150 mters from front door, so leaving car and hopping on a tram is a great option of seeing Blackpool, Fleetwood and Cleveleys. Breakfast was good with

We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -
