  I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. The range of breakfast choices and the quality of food... wat mensen zeggen » was superb. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it) - Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious! Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs

  Everything was fantastic! Sue was so helpful and kind, really made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Its a very beautiful little place, the room was great! Clean, warm, & comfortable! The breakfast we had for 3 mornings, was brilliant! And the location couldn't be better! Just minutes walking distance to the town centre and Blackpoo... wat mensen zeggen » l tower itself. Its great as well because you are close to some main attractions, but not too close that it's noisy. We both found it was a nice and q - Sue, the owner was very friendly, welcoming, chatty and gave time to each of her guests. She also provided us with details of a venue which was holding a fireworks display, as we arrived on 5 November 2013. Our room was clean, had up to date decoration, and the towels were changed daily. There was sufficient sockets for electrical items, and the tea and coffee items were replenished daily. A good hearty breakfast was provided every morning.
