  It was a nice, clean hotel. But what got me the most was the friendliness of the owners. They were so chatty and friendly. The Gresford was actually the best hotel I've stayed in based on this factor. - nice friendly owners very helpful. clean and comfortable rooms etc.

  Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.

  I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. The place was spotless. T... wat mensen zeggen » he owner was super friendly and more than helpful and the breakfast was great too! We arrived late for breakfast and were still made to feel welcome! - we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%
