  Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with.   A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... wat mensen zeggen » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

  Great for a group - Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels, washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone else falling through the bed slats!

My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was well above average. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others. E - The hotel is convenient for the town and the beach, being opposite the old pier.   The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.
