Great value for money, room small but there was a private toilet and shower with clean towels, soap and shower gel, which was great. Wouldn't expect more for the price I paid. When I arrived the lady was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know about how the hotel works. It was ok for one night. -

This B&B was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. Staff were very friendly and willing to help.
Fruit and water in the room was a nice touch.
Housekeeping was always great with attention to small details.
Wifi was free, had a good, strong, fast connection.
The TV decided to go faulty late evening on the first night. Not a problem these things happen, but staff were really helpful and it was promptly replaced with a brand new one. :)
Overall very pleased, would recommend to others, and will definitely stay again

Weinig, alleen de man van het hotel was zeer vriendelijk en vlot. Betaling ging ook heel vlot. Personeel echt OK. - excellent location - friendly hotel manager - able to get the guest parking permits sorted and were very inexpensive for Brighton parking! - More than we expected. Room was great, service was great. Great value for money.

we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries
etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room.
They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of
