Given the non perfect flat but it is clean and tidy.   The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the start. Staff helping with the luggage up the stairs was a nice suprise. The bed was one of the most comfortable i've slept on. The price was good. Option to leave bags in storage area. Breakfast included. Free wi-fi. Shower in room. Location close to shops, beach and historic sites. Safe area... wat mensen zeggen » . Design was nice. Clean room. - All the staff were friendly, I was travelling alone and felt safe & secure here. On checking in I was given an emergency number that I could call 24hours - was told that if I got lost finding hostel at night they will help. This was very good. Wifi was available throughout hostel. The cleanliness was to a very high standard.

  Lovely place and lovely owners, This is a lovely place to stay . Ramona and Mary are so pleasant and eager to make you feel welcome.This place is to die for : The decor is amazing,Very bright, colourful and so clean. The location is fantastic , Very close to the centre of Brighton and Brighton Pier. The home cooked breakfast with local products w... wat mensen zeggen » as delicious. I will definitely come back . Thank you again Ramona and Mary for your welcome and friendliness. Loved it ! - We stayed for one night after attending a music concert mid week. The king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies running it all the best in the future.

  The courtesy & friendliness of this B&B is 5 Star. On arrival we were greeted outside & shown where to park. Our room was Modern & Comfortable with a very clean large shower in en suite, we stayed in room 3, when entering your eye immediately goes to the beautiful stained glass window that has a small balcony beyond with a seat giv... wat mensen zeggen » ing a partial view of the sea. The breakfast was tailored to you, perfectly cooked & the coffee was delicious. The proprietors Dan & Mardi su - The service and attention to customers was outstanding. As soon as our booking was made we received a welcoming email with a useful map attached - nice detail. Parking in the area is a problem and we were met at the door, helped with our luggage and guided to a parking space.Throughout our stay the owner, Dan, was always available offering helpful suggestions on where to dine in the town and attending our requests. Inside very comfortable bed, room had tea/coffee-making kettle , always a plus .

  We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back. The owners are really friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out so that we could still enjoy a full day without our luggage. The location was perfect, 2 seconds from the beach and the start of the shops, yet the street was quiet and calm. The room... wat mensen zeggen » was light, immaculate and with a lovely French window. The bed was very comfy and the ensuit was great too. Definitely the classiest seaside guest ho - The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay without waffling on......
