There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. - The atmosphere is modern and chilled while maintaining a cosy edge.   I booked a quad room because a friend was going to join me later and it was the right choice. We had plenty of room, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean.The restaurant was next door and included a pub. All the staff, including the ones in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay. - We were able... wat mensen zeggen » to book a quad room which was so much better than being squeezed into a double bed or our children using a pull-out sofa bed. The staff were excellent & the fact that there were two colouring activity packs including crayons in the room (ready for our daughters) was a lovely touch & was very much appreciated.

  My wife and I stayed for two nights with our daughter and her two children aged 4 and 2years - we were very comfortable, the staff were most professional but also friendly, the restaurants staff for breakfast and evening meal were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff; extremely comfortable beds; bathroom was a good size and plenty of hot water and towels; tea/coffee most welcome; hairdryer was necessary; very quiet so we got a good night's sleep.   I didn't stay at Potters in even though I booked a room there as I wasn't going to check in until after 11pm and their check in time finishes at 11pm. I received a phone call to say I could stay at Lakeside Continental Hotel instead. - We liked the whole experience and much admired the general layout.
