  Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout.   I booked a quad room because a friend was going to join me later and it was the right choice. We had plenty of room, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean.The restaurant was next door and included a pub. All the staff, including the ones in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. The staff were excellent & the fact that there were two colouring activity packs including crayons in the room (ready for our daughters) was a lovely touch & was very much appreciated.

  My wife and I stayed for two nights with our daughter and her two children aged 4 and 2years - we were very comfortable, the staff were most professional but also friendly, the restaurants staff for breakfast and evening meal were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.   Location - Lakeside views, especially when in dining room. Staff in dining room very courteous and eager to please. Dinner good but breakfast could have been better. Toast soggy and cold and bacon only cooked on one side.
