27 is the best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in. The unique high class decor was very tastefully chosen and suited the high class service from Alan & Ollie.
The breakfast was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, there was attention to detail in the rooms, obviously thought about, and the hosts were outstanding.

Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging.
They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice.
Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too.
Would love to return.

I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of! Brightonwave made our visit to Brighton really special & memorable - highly recommend

Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with. We would definitely recommend their B&B

ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing
behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was
bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of
Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest
house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay
without waffling on......

A big thank you to Darren and the staff at The Moreland for a lovely and thoroughly relaxing weekend. Our room was cosy and modern, and we took far too much advantage of the complimentary chocolates (back to the gym today!). We loved the huge DVD collection, which was a thoughtful touch especially useful on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We stayed for one night after attending a music concert mid week. The
king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was
immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and
chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and
set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking
distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies
running it all the best in the future.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. Clean comfortable room with lovely big comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. We were very happy with accommodation. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Quiet small pub just around the corner from main road so no noise in our room.
Also it was good to have a separate entrance to your accommodation so no need to go through the pub bar with your bags. Lots of café/restaurants & shops around the pub.
The owners very friendly and helpful.
