  ondanks dat het erg dicht bij attrakties lag was het er rustig en kon ik de auto makkelijk parkeren. - We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one.   This was a very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Alan could not do enough for us and we will be returning next year. I have been visiting Blackpool for about 10 years and this is the first hotel where I would say I would return. - The friendliness of alan (owner).   We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

  From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building. It is a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach and the sandcastle water park. 5 minute tram ride into town. The room was clean and tidy.   We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.
