  it was just nice guest house , easy going and helpfull, as i fell down and hurt my leg they told me where hospital was and also where we could eat out and opinions about the places too - The owner was very welcoming, we booked in and he offered to help us inwith our luggage.   The hotel was excellent in everyway! the rooms were very clean and keep to a high standard thoughout our stay, the food again excellent and the proprietors are very warm and friendly, they made a good holiday great. would definitely reccomend this hotel if your staying in blackpool.   Everything was fantastic! Sue was so helpful and kind, really made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Its a very beautiful little place, the room was great! Clean, warm, & comfortable! Its great as well because you are close to some main attractions, but not too close that it's noisy. We both found it was a nice and q - Sue, the owner was very friendly, welcoming, chatty and gave time to each of her guests. She also provided us with details of a venue which was holding a fireworks display, as we arrived on 5 November 2013. Our room was clean, had up to date decoration, and the towels were changed daily. There was sufficient sockets for electrical items, and the tea and coffee items were replenished daily. A good hearty breakfast was provided every morning.
