Most people I spoke to didn't even know about the hotel and would have stayed there if they had known - Ease of access to Motorway if stopping off on the way to the Highlands.   I was travelling with my mother and stopped over on our way north.We received a very warm welcome from Sally and were shown to lovely rooms with fantastic views over the garden and hills. Sally recommended a local pub for dinner which was excellent . The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a beautiful cooked breakfast. Fantastic breakfast and plenty to choose from the menu. Proprietors were more than helpful and were there to greet you when I turned up. Lovely touches in the bedroom like sweets, biscuits & coffee making facilities. Warm rooms and very comfortable bed.

  Denise & Paul were wonderful hosts! The room was at the back and very quiet. Nice view of the back garden area. En-suite was spacious & the towel warming rack was a nice surprise. We really appreciated the personal attention on the morning breakfast. Additional local information & assistance that Denise & Paul provided was exceptio... wat mensen zeggen » nal! Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay with them on our next visit. - We stayed here as an overnight stop-off between the Isle of Skye and London. The room was nicely furnished, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful and the breakfast delicious. The owners are very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. We were given useful information about local walks, restaurants and pubs, and about Moffat itself. We thoroughly recommend it.
