  Residence Perseus was clean, airy, well appointed and absolutely central to the Gamla Stan area of Stockholm, yet away from the tourist frenzy of tours and souvenir shops. It looked onto a small park which gave a sense of spaciousness.   It was a really sweet stay there and we would like to recommend it to anyone who is going to Stockholm. The hotel was located in a nice area, with ~10min walk to Old Town and 15-20min walk to city center (you can also take the metro). It is also close to metro station. The staff were so friendly and nice. The buffet was not fancy but very homy an... wat mensen zeggen » d nice. Besides, there was fruits and soft drinks available all day. The shared bathroom and toilets were clean and tidy. We loved our stay so much :) - Extremely hospitable, relaxed, comfortable, welcoming, clean, cosy, warm, and well appointed. Great location. Delicious breakfast and generous facilities for snacks and beverages during the day and evening. Stockholm is beautiful and the hotel is a great spot close to many special attractions. Staff are especially friendly and helpful, much like Stockholm itself.

  I don't normally write reviews anymore (too busy) but I felt like I had to write a review for this hotel. This is a case where a hotel exceeded my expectations. I was visiting a company in the area and selected the hotel for convenient location, but I found more than I was hoping to find. The room was spacious enough, with a good working area. There was coffee, tea, fruit and cakes available 24 hrs at no cost (how often do you get - Excellent service from personnel. Always coffee available and self service of snacks and drinks. A relaxed place to stay when you hava business close by.

  The tour's (walking city, horror and sauna) that were run by the hostel were great. The free use of internet, free tea and coffee and pasta. Good location and walking distance to everything we needed. - very nice staff, pleasant and friendly place.

  Beautiful position, with a beautiful view (although non immediately visible). Feels like being in Paris, in the 1920s... The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting f... wat mensen zeggen » or me... Excellent treatment! :) - Private twin room was spacious and clean. The bathroom facilities are modern and spotless. The location cannot be beaten in Charming Gamla Stan. I spent a lot of time deciding on which Gamla Stan hostel to choose - look no further!

  We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. (We do understand it was late - but it... wat mensen zeggen » was still open!) The receptionist did listen and took this seriously. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

  The hotel is situated in the very heart of Stockholm Old Town which provides an opportunity to dive into the atmosphere and the charm of the XVII - XVIII centuries. The room was equiped with a little kitchen with an electric kettle, so that before we headed for another destination in Sweden we had managed to fill our thermos with coffee. She was very hospitable and on our request she prepared the cookies (famous swedish kanelbullar - Charming room, secluded and in a brilliantly central location in the old town - yet out of the way. Peaceful and tranquil. The breakfasts were delicious and a real feast caterimg for all tastes. The staff were friendly and we also apprecxoated being left to our own devices.

  Staff was very helpful, there were clean, very good located (still, beautiful and safe place, 10-20 min walk from the main tourists points, 5 min walk from subway, 15 min from central station where one can take a bus or a train to the airport Arlanda or other swedish sities). But one should realize, that a) it's a boat with quite steep stairs and ... wat mensen zeggen » small cabins (as compared with an ordinary hotel room), b) there are another cabins and you definetely will share limited public area while having a d - Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Skylight. Comfortable bed - slept well. It takes only a few minutes to walk over the bridge to or from flight buses that run frequently. Shops and restaurants nearby. Based on some reviews I expected more cramped conditions and steeper stairs ...I´m oldish and roundish and encountered no problems whatsoever.
