Extremely hospitable, relaxed, comfortable, welcoming, clean, cosy, warm, and well appointed. Great location. Delicious breakfast and generous facilities for snacks and beverages during the day and evening. Stockholm is beautiful and the hotel is a great spot close to many special attractions. Staff are especially friendly and helpful, much like Stockholm itself.

Beliggenheten - I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers!
Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect.
If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception.
Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Skylight. Comfortable bed - slept well.
It takes only a few minutes to walk over the bridge to or from flight buses that run frequently.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Based on some reviews I expected more cramped conditions and steeper stairs ...I´m oldish and roundish and encountered no problems whatsoever.

Charming room, secluded and in a brilliantly central location in the old town - yet out of the way. Peaceful and tranquil. The breakfasts were delicious and a real feast caterimg for all tastes. The staff were friendly and we also apprecxoated being left to our own devices.
