  The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was not a pleasant start to our stay in Sydney. A $40. ride turned out to be $77., but when arriving at the hotel the clerk was very nice and friendly and the rooms were available early, with all our baggage that was most appreciated. The clerk helped carry the luggage as we had lots of stairs and no ele... wat mensen zeggen » vator and an older couple with us. Micro, refrigerator and hot water pot was very nice. Bed was nice and clean and walking distance to the rail statio - Free shuttle to/from airport. Came very quickly to pick me up from airport and take me to hotel. Left promptly the next morning to get me back to airport for very early departure. Driver was very friendly. Restaurant, which was closed the night I arrived, gave me some cereal and milk as I was very hungry and it was after 10pm. I would stay there again if I travel to Auckland. The booking was easy online w/bookings.com

We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable. W had stayed here before under the Hyatt management which was not good, so delighted to have new ethos in a very good city hote - We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us.   We found the central city location great for access to the buses, ferries and Britomart. Easy walking distance to supermarket, shops, shows, Sky Tower and great eating options. Friendly and helpful staff. Two bedroom apartment was fantastic size and floorplan for three senior guests to stay a week. Opening windows and sliding glass doors. Unfortunately only office bl - The location of the hotel is awesome! We had a view of the water and of the Sky Tower. It was incredible! We could walk everywhere and there is a great pub right by it too. We had a two bedroom suite and we were really impressed with how spacious it was and how clean and cool it looked. It hasa modern design. We each haf our own bathroom. The room had a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. It was great and we will ddefinitely stay there again next time we are in Auckland!
