  This hotel is right outside the door of the international terminal at Auckland airport so perfect for those of us who arrive at 11pm with two very grumpy and tired children and even worse parents! Check-in was fast and efficient. The shower area was clean and worked well, with sufficient towels for us all. Check out the following morning at 6a - Everything was fantastic, we were over for the weekend visiting friends who live in Mount Manganoui. The the flight from Sydney landed at 11pm Friday night, so we hired the car first thing the next morning. This was the most convienient airport hotel I have stayed in!!! The hotel is directly opposite the arrivals terminal, not even a 30 meter walk from the doors!   Location close to airport. Very friendly staff. We parked our car for 16 nights during our away holiday. Stayed one night because we had a late flight arrival from Honolulu.   Services are excellent at this hotel. We stayed here twice to be close to the airport. We had an early morning shuttle scheduled on our return trip and they phoned the room 10 minutes before to confirm that we would be taking the shuttle. The wifi is free if you are in the bar area and we found it very easy to use. The staff were really helpful, even down to permitting me to settle our bill part cash, part cash card and part credit card in order to use our nz dollars up prior to departure.
