  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. The interior of the villa was welly designed and decorated. The amenities provided was well planned. The most impressed me is the welcome card with a complimentary fruit on the desk. I love t... wat mensen zeggen » he bed,it was so comfortable. The food quality and presentation was very well served and the price is very reasonable for a 5 stars resort. The whole - All things were wounderful (friendly staffs, cozy welcoming / farewell, hotel facilities, warm pool & breakfast espicialy the baked loofs. water villa ambiance & facilities were the fantastic ever (pool, jacuzzi, classic music via the home theatre, comfortable bed). Dont miss to drink the real natural water that offered by the hotel in your room in the oriental Ipoh's pot. This hotel is highly highly recimmended for honeymoonersand whi ever needs to get relax far away from traffic life.

  Very great hotel, everything is sweet, the kind-hearted service and best views leave us an unforgettable memory, my mum live a romatice bithday there.   It was a beautiful resort, with wooden furniture everywhere. There wasnt any TV in the room but it more than made up with the spacious room, clean wooden furniture and bright bathroom. We took a one-hour island cruise on the lake. If you have time, I'd suggest you take the half day trekking trip, which promises more things to see. The day drive out was ho-hum cos not - The room was excellent, the housemaids were extremely helpful, but the reception staff leave a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. A faulty refrigerator was fixed immediately. Parking was good.

  the team are very nice and helpful, good cooperation with all staff, it's very nice place to relax and enjoy an amazing vacation specially honeymooners and families , the design was fabulous . - Breakfast was excellent. We live in Asia but really enjoyed the delicious French Toast! Good pool, clean and very comfortable room

  The best thing about this hotel is the beach - so long and so beautiful. Plus it is fully isolated from outsiders and is more than enough to handle the hotel guests even if it is 200% full! The beach is about 1 km long!!! Than you have beautiful waves, jungles on both sides of the lagoon, good facilities, hornbill birds, monkeys, wild nature. The ... wat mensen zeggen » water is quite clean in May which makes it a perfect location for sea holiday. Additionally there is a cheap flight from KL and the plan lands 10 min - The rooms had orange coloured Roman blinds, adorning the windows that overlook the pool and the sea. The staff were very friendly and the beach was clean. It's the only 4 star resort at that part of Pangkor. There were peacocks roaming about, couple of monkeys and many hornbill birds. They even had a mini funfair after dinner which I thought was a really nice touch. Breakfast was of good variety although they could pay more attention to hygiene. We had breakfast alfresco, overlooking the sea. B

  All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. He is a Chinese gentlemen ... wat mensen zeggen » on duty on 10th March around 8.30pm. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  The Hotel and Restaurant Managers were excellent and could not do enough to help us and make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The restaurant was spotless at all times and the food was of high standard. The swimming pool was olympic size and the lifeguard (Fahrid ?) was friendly, helpful and pleasant, as were the rest of the staff.   Het uitzicht - the place very nice and calm and relax. The view and the beach activitise. also the garden very nice - Good service by reception staff. We had booked 4 hotel rooms but due to some reason was given 2 villas (interconnected). Also we were given comlimentary 2 lunches + 2 dinners for 8 adults!
