  Upon my arrival a welcome drink was served and I was attended with very friendly staffs. Along the way I was tour around on a buggy before reaching my Villa. The interior of the villa was welly designed and decorated. The amenities provided was well planned. The most impressed me is the welcome card with a complimentary fruit on the desk. I love t... wat mensen zeggen » he bed,it was so comfortable. The food quality and presentation was very well served and the price is very reasonable for a 5 stars resort. The whole - All things were wounderful (friendly staffs, cozy welcoming / farewell, hotel facilities, warm pool & breakfast espicialy the baked loofs. water villa ambiance & facilities were the fantastic ever (pool, jacuzzi, classic music via the home theatre, comfortable bed). Dont miss to drink the real natural water that offered by the hotel in your room in the oriental Ipoh's pot. This hotel is highly highly recimmended for honeymoonersand whi ever needs to get relax far away from traffic life.

  The decor was interesting and very different from the usual hotel feel. The service was pretty good and efficient. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. - Very cosy atmosphere, extremely helpful staff manning the hotel, unique decor & very good value for money.

  We love the layout of the deluxe suite as it is just the right size for a family with children as well as parents (senior citizen). The room is child friendly and handicap friendly. It is clean and modern and has all the necessary comfort. For the price i paid, it was worth it. Lots of food option within two minutes walk (go left to the hotel for upscale dining along the river and right for cheap local food). - I liked the breakfast served and also the view from the room and the staff is friendly.   This is a great hotel if you are on your way to Pangkor Island. The ferry is just over the road and we were allowed to leave our car in secure parking at the hotel while we were at the island. The room was spacious and the views spectacular. We will stay there again if in this area - big room,nice breakfast

  All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. He is a Chinese gentlemen ... wat mensen zeggen » on duty on 10th March around 8.30pm. The taxi driver refused to send me and my mum to the destination because of her wheel chair could not fit into th - Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.
