Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.

Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel.
Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional

The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable!
I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that!

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very

Everything maintain very well and we are very happy that we stayed in
this hotel and we love to stay again in this hotel. I want to pay
special thanks to the hotel staff , everyone was very helpful and very
