  Amazing place there! The dinner in the room is fabulous, and at 8:45 p.m. can see the HANA-BI(fireworks) both in the room and around the lake, there are also Natsu-matsuri in the summer nights. The sunrise and sunset in the Toya lake and Usu mountain is quite impressed. Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre.   There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which have bus going to the hakodate ropeway at a sceduled timing. The front desk staff - a lady was very helpful and flexible. My friend and I were early (by abt an hr) and she gave us a room even though check in is 3pm onwards. Just walk about 2 minutes from JR Station to get there and from there it takes just a minute to the Morning Market. The room is quite old but very neat and tidy. They have a big flat screen TV, green tea, hair dryer, Yukata and Obi set for changing clothes. The staff is very nice although we get here a bit late (8pm).   The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.
