the hotel is just infront of Akan lake, there is free shuttle bus with sister hotel for bigget bath, and also to the bus station even is only 7or8mins by walk from hotel to bus station

Lake Toya Hotels are located in front of a very large bay - a scenic area with many boat operators looking for customers.
At 8.45pm, lots of fireworks are lit from the bay which are enjoyed by many folk. Your tariff includes dinner and breakfast - dinner is an authentic Japanese meal and is excellent. If you notify the hotel of your arrival time, they will meet you at the station - the hotel is located about 4-5 miles from the station. They will also shuttle customers back to the station

The place is still rather new so room are well design, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre.

Nice clean rooms. Spacious. We have the bay view, it was nice to look out to the bay especially after snowing. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.

We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated. Besides, there is a massage chair in my room! what a wonderful thought, love it!! ^^ -

The first thing we like is this hotel is very easy to find. Just walk about 2 minutes from JR Station to get there and from there it takes just a minute to the Morning Market. The room is quite old but very neat and tidy. They have a big flat screen TV, green tea, hair dryer, Yukata and Obi set for changing clothes. The staff is very nice although we get here a bit late (8pm). Morerover, they can speak english quite well. I recommend it if you want some place which is good and has reasonable pr

Value of money and great for family or a small group, all the facilities are included in the accomodation. Helpful staff, great traditional japanese breakfast, and the location is perfect. -
