  Staff are nice and helpful. My family & I appreciate & thank you to one lady who works in the Restaurant. The lady can speak fluent Cantonese.We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. When we took our breakfast on the last day, we was assigned a table no.4. As the day was my birthday(Chinese think that number 4 & 14 would give people bad luc... wat mensen zeggen » ky). So, my husband spoke to a Japanese staff that we want to change to another table. The Japanese staff didn't speak English, that's why he didn't u - Onsen, breakfast and dinner
