  - Great value with a huge room by Japanese standards, especially for the price paid. The snow is amazing and the lift setup is modern and very reliable. The room was very nice and was larger than I thought it would be!   Staff are nice and helpful. My family & I appreciate & thank you to one lady who works in the Restaurant. The lady can speak fluent Cantonese.We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. When we took our breakfast on the last day, we was assigned a table no.4. As the day was my birthday(Chinese think that number 4 & 14 would give people bad luc... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ky). So, my husband spoke to a Japanese staff that we want to change to another table. The Japanese staff didn't speak English, that's why he didn't u - Onsen, breakfast and dinner
