  Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. - Customer relationship is very good. All staffs are very kindly. In a word : one of the very best hotel for a luxury city trip. - Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

After a dozen emails going back and forth, cancellation and reschedule, she mangaged to help us to book some really fine restaurants. We couldn't ask for more.
