  The room was clean and well set out. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were given fresh towels every day and fresh bottles of water in the fridge. The rainfall shower was excellent as was the massage chair to relax after a long day sightseeing in Tok... wat mensen zeggen » yo. The location was excellent being next to Akihabara Station which made getting around easy. We will definitely be staying at the Remm Akihabara nex - The staff are really helpful and very polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The massage chair was superb! The hotel's location is perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like myself ;). This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year. If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.

  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.... wat mensen zeggen » The view of the Tokyo skyline from my room on the 20th floor was also superb. - It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  I've spent 8 nights at this wonderful ryokan, with my daugther and a friend of her (both teenagers) and... we really liked everything! Our room was large, comfortable, and full of light. Large futons, nice pillows, heavy curtains to block the light from entering the sleeping room, made us sleep very well. We enjoyed both the japanese and the continental breakfast. The s - This hotel is in a really great location. Close to the Asakusa Gate and temple and there are many small shops and restaurants close by. For Tokyo staying in Tokyo as a family of 4 we had plenty of space in a traditional Japanese room. I would stay again without hesitation.

We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.

  The deluxe studio was very spacious. It had everything we needed for our week in Tokyo at the end of our trip. It was a relaxing place to stay. The reception ladies were very helpful. There is a lan connection in the room, we asked if we could get Wifi in the room and this was set up while we were out that day - wifi is free. The hotel itself has dining options but there is also a McDonald's, an Excelsior cafe, a 7/11 and Lawsons convenienc - Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son. Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!
