I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff

I just loved this hotel. It was the first hotel we stayed in Japan. The room was small but lovely! Our bathroom was great and everything was very clean- as everything is in Japan. We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time.

The Concierge staff were first rate. They got me all my bookings for the top restaurants with advance notice and keep me informed in all the places to explore.
