  The location of the hotel is excellent, very near to the higashi-ginza station, that is a minute far. The staff speak English and are very friendly and guide guests very kindly. Guests can find tourist information maps in the hotel. The breakfast food is delicious and gives different choices to eat.   This hotel is all about location (right in the middle of ginza, close to shopping, eating, ...).The rooms were on the small side (japan) but spotless clean and nice enough. Tokyo station is about 10 minutes walk away, so that's convenient as well. - Excellent location. Room was very clean and quite spacious. Courteous staff.

  The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... wat mensen zeggen » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Internet available-password in the room manual. Beds were comfort

  Considering old building and old furniture (from 70s?) its been held super clean and in very good condition. I'm a bug-freak, but in this hotel I cud calmly switch off the lights at bedtime..:-) Plus amenities and toiletries and tea facilities and details in room are amazing. Fancy Ginza district around but easily reachible to any part of Tokyo. - Excellent staff, always ready to help a tourist with a thousand of questions.
