  The location of the hotel is excellent, very near to the higashi-ginza station, that is a minute far. The staff speak English and are very friendly and guide guests very kindly.   The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. The staff are lovely-very polite & professional. They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Internet available-password in the room manual. Beds were comfort

I'm a bug-freak, but in this hotel I cud calmly switch off the lights at bedtime..:-) Plus amenities and toiletries and tea facilities and details in room are amazing.
