  The service and comfort in this hotel is exquisite. If you are going as a couple in Japan and are tired of small rooms then try the superior double room at this hotel. The beds are huge!! And they are extremely comfortable. The room is also a very decent size. The rooms are surprisingly big and cozy with superb city view. Location is excellent to access the Nanjio temple and other famous spot. Dining and caual walking in this area are superb. - The hotel was extremely comfortable and the service was superb. Its location was a little far from tourist areas, however it is conveniently located near a subway station and the hotel shuttle helps you get to the train station. The staff helps you in giving directions.

  Excellent location in the centre of Kyoto, it is near various places of interest and additionally the hotel is above underground station which makes getting around Kyoto a breeze. Excellent rooms, excellent air conditioning and clean, modern bathrooms. Staff very friendly and courteous. Almost all staff speak excellent English. With three beds, the room still has a lot of space. And bathroom is large, too, which surprised us because we thought hotel rooms in Japan were very small. The staff here are very nice and warm. The location is great: it connects the subway station, and you can take a leisure walk at night by Yuka.

  The hotel was excellent value for money and the buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, with more space than expected. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel also runs a frequent shuttle bus too and from the JR Kyoto train station which is very convenient. - Staff are ver... wat mensen zeggen » y polite and efficient. The Concierge was very helpful. There are not a lot of places to visit near to the hotel, but it is only a short walk to the stop for the bus to Gion. The hotel shuttle bus is great for getting to the station, from where you can get transport around the whole city.
